La réalité virtuelle n'apporte pas grand chose si ce n'est plus d'aisance pour ouvrir les portes vu que c'est quelque chose d'assez mal fait dans le jeu de base. ça reste à peu près le même jeu et il y a quelques scènes qui donnent vraiment envie de vomir.
